Support and volunteer guardians arrive at Love Field by 7:30am

Veterans and family guardians to arrive at airport between 8:30am and 9:00am

- Veterans can be dropped off at the “Curbside Check-In” area.
- There will be HFDFW folks there to direct to our staging area.
- Your driver can park in airport garages or at Parking Spot 2.

8:30am-9:15am Receive ticket, tag luggage, and receive final mission briefing, enjoy donuts and coffee.

Arrival back into Dallas October 4, 2025

Flight #2464 departs BWI at 7:15pm arriving at Dallas Love Field at 9:30pm

- We will exit at the Love Landing (2nd level of airport).
- Family and friends can meet you at the Love Landing
