Veterans and family guardians to arrive at airport between 4:45am and 5:30am

- Veterans can be dropped off at the “Curbside Check-In” area.
- There will be HFDFW folks there to direct to our staging area.
- Your driver can park in airport garages or at Parking Spot 2.

5:00am-6:00am Receive ticket, tag luggage, and receive final mission briefing, enjoy donuts and coffee.

Arrival back into Dallas Oct 24, 2026

Flight #53 departs DCA at 4:55pm arriving at Dallas Love Field at 7:05pm

- We will exit at the Love Landing (2nd level of airport).
