Flight #8 departing for DCA at 9:45am with arrival into DCA at 1:45pm

Support and volunteer guardians arrive at Love Field by 6:30am

Veterans and family guardians to arrive at airport between 7:00am and 7:45am

- Veterans can be dropped off at the “Curbside Check-In” area.
- There will be HFDFW folks there to direct to our staging area.
- Your driver can park in airport garages or at Parking Spot 2.

7:00am-8:00am Receive ticket, tag luggage, and receive final mission briefing, enjoy donuts and coffee.

Arrival back into Dallas Sept 12, 2026

Flight #2055 departs BWI at 7:05pm arriving at Dallas Love Field at 9:10pm

- We will exit at the Love Landing (2nd level of airport).
- Family and friends can meet you at the Love Landing
