Support and volunteer guardians arrive at Love Field by 6:30am

Veterans and family guardians to arrive at airport between 7:00am and 8:10am

- Veterans can be dropped off at the “Curbside Check-In” area.
- There will be HFDFW folks there to direct to our staging area.
- Your driver can park in airport garages or at Parking Spot 2.

7:00am-8:30am Receive ticket, tag luggage, and receive final mission briefing, enjoy donuts and coffee.

Arrival back into Dallas May 24, 2026

Flight #2047 departs BWI at 7:30pm arriving at Dallas Love Field at 9:45pm

- We will exit at the Love Landing (2nd level of airport).
- Family and friends can meet you at the Love Landing
