Support and volunteer guardians arrive at Love Field by 6:45am

Veterans and family guardians to arrive at airport between 7:30am and 8am

- Veterans can be dropped off at the “Curbside Check-In” area.
- There will be HFDFW folks there to direct to our staging area.
- Your driver can park in airport garages or at Parking Spot 2.

7:30am-8:45am Receive ticket, tag luggage, and receive final mission briefing, enjoy donuts and coffee.

Flight #374 departing for DCA 9:55am with arrival at 1:50pm
